Miles missing from teams

If you find your finished miles you log aren't saving to your Team(s), there's a main reason why this is occurring: 

Being connected to a poor WIFI or LTE/3G connection delays Charity Miles from saving your distance. Charity Miles has a built-in feature that saves Profile and Team History later once your smartphone is connected to a reliable connection.  

If your smartphone is connected to strong connection and your miles still aren't saving, please do let us know. Submitting a ticket here in the app or emailing us at support@charitymiles.org is the best ways to reach us.
