Miles missing from Teams

Miles will show up on your team once they are saved to our server.  If you are using the app in one of the activity-tracking modes, that will be when you finish and save the activity.  If you are using the app in the pedometer mode, it will be the day after you last opened the app to sync from your Apple Health or Android pedometer.

If you have a strong connection and your miles still aren’t saving, click on Contact Us in the top right-hand corner of the Help section or email: support@charitymiles.org.

    Hi - good morning.

     

    My individual miles are saving - they are not saving to the team which is American Bath Group.   They stopped at 959 - my individual total us 992.89.   What can I do to fix this?

    My miles are saving on the leaderboard but not the overview.  Please advise.

    Exactly. All miles are being captured and tracked. Leaderboard USED to show the list of all team members from most to least. Now leaderboard is blank showing no detail.

    What happened????

    Same issue here. No leaderboards are accessible anymore with miles for group members. This has been going on for a while. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but no change.

    When I wrote to you about no leaderboard miles in my groups (BFRC and Running with Angels...) all I got back was a message welcoming me to Charity Miles. I have been a member of Charity Miles for well over a year!!!!!!!!! What's up?

    I am also missing miles on my team overview page. I deleted and reinstalled the app but no change. Please advise!
