There're several ways you can fix this.
1.) If you're having trouble logging in because you forgot your password, simply select the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the Log In screen. Next, enter your email and select Reset Password. Finally, you'll receive an email from us with guided directions on how to reset your password.
2.) If you've synced your account with Facebook, you can also log into Charity Miles via your Facebook account. When on the Log In screen, tap the blue Log In with Facebook button at the top.
